About the role: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Monday to Friday 38 hours per week. Permanent opportunity What you'll be doing in this role: With support from the Design Manager, manage the workload and professional development of the Design Team by Supporting the Team to ensure all design work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard. Review initial planningdocumentation. Arrange, Chair and Minute in-house Design TeamMeetings. Ensure compliance with established timeframes on delivery ofdrawings. Preparation of drawings for clientapproval. Understand Value Engineering through DesignProcess. Ensure Design work is completed as per Client/Estimatingspecification. Work with Key Stakeholders within the organisation, i.e. Sales, Estimating, Production,Installation. Manage requirements from Production floor regarding softwareoutputs. Work, as required, to achieve a seamless process from Sale to SiteInstallation. Criteria: Minimum of 12 months people management experience Competent level of Education in a relevant discipline 3 years Design Office experiencepreferred Proficient in AutoCAD HSB and Microsoft Office packages. Good communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills.
