Essential Requirements for the Role/System Knowledge Required:
* Senior/Managerial Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role, with the ability to guide and support a dedicated team.
* Safeguarding SAM Experience: Expert knowledge in safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.
* Front Door Team/CAST Team Experience: Previous involvement with Front Door or CAST teams, demonstrating a capacity to handle initial inquiries and assessments efficiently.
What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
