This is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about harm reduction, recovery, and making a real impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals. About the Role You’ll be working within a structured treatment pathway, supporting service users accessing OST and other prescribed interventions. You will hold your own caseload, deliver one-to-one and group interventions, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support people through their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities Provide harm reduction advice around safer drug use, safer sex, and blood-borne virus (BBV) awareness including HIV and Hepatitis A, B and C. Manage a caseload of approximately 45 clients as a dedicated key worker. Complete comprehensive assessments, create and review care plans, and manage onward referrals. Support nurse prescribers during prescribing clinics. Deliver a range of structured psycho-social interventions including CBT-based techniques, solution-focused therapy and motivational enhancement.
