A global interior design studio with offices in London, Dubai, New York and Los Angeles. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & HR Generalist to join on a permanent basis. You will support the smooth running of the London studio while providing day‑to‑day HR support and working closely with international teams where required. In this dual Office Management and HR position, you will oversee daily studio operations alongside delivering generalist HR support.

Your new role

1. Acting as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day studio operations
2. Managing suppliers, service providers and deliveries
3. Coordinating facilities, maintenance, repairs and workspace set‑ups
4. Overseeing office supplies, equipment and storage
5. Supporting office moves, fit‑outs and space planning
6. Ensuring health & safety requirements are met
7. Assisting with internal events, team activities and wellbeing initiatives
8. Providing administrative support to leadership
9. Liaising with external IT providers to coordinate equipment, access and onboarding needs
10. Acting as first point of contact for HR queries
11. Managing end‑to‑end recruitment including job descriptions, interviews, offers and contracts
12. Supporting managers with employee relations matters as required
13. Coordinating onboarding, probation reviews and leaver processes
14. Maintaining accurate HR records in line with GDPR
15. Updating HR policies and thepany Handbook
16. Tracking recruitment spend and reporting to the Finance Director

What you'll need to succeed

17. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
18. Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
19. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
20. Experience in a creative, design or studio environment (preferred)
21. Exposure to international HR (desirable)
22. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
23. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
24. Practical, proactive and confident working independently
25. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
26. Calm, professional judgement and strong negotiation skills
