About the Role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation. As a hands‑on operator you will coach and support your team to deliver the highest standards while ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are met.
We are looking for someone with experience running a branded restaurant operation, who is either stepping into a hotel career or already works within a hotel as a Restaurant or Bar Manager and is seeking greater responsibility.
