An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Centralised Outpatients Team at North Bristol Trust as a Team Leader.
The post holder will oversee the day-to-day running of the Admin Teams and Patient Contact Centre, ensuring consistent levels of cover in line with service needs, and providing a high-quality, efficient service to patients.
Responsibilities include the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the Centralised Outpatient Department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right individual to progress into further management positions. The service handles high volumes, and the post holder will manage a portfolio of bookings, inbound call centre operations, data quality, and performance related to outpatient services.

We seek an outstanding, experienced individual with previous experience managing administrative teams to achieve performance objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and work empathetically with patients.
Experience leading a busy Admin Team or Telephone Contact Centre is desirable. A strong understanding of the Patient Access Policy, data quality, and relevant performance targets such as RTT is essential.
