Position Summary: The Marketing Analyst is responsible for gathering and interpreting data related to marketing campaigns, product category and brand performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to provide actionable insights. This role supports strategic decision-making and helps optimize marketing efforts to improve ROI. in addition, the Marketing Analyst will be called upon from time-to-time to contribute to or lead transversal projects on a range of commercial topics e.g. legislation compliance, intellectual property, deal evaluation etc Key Responsibilities: * Analyse brand, product category and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and BI platforms. * Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) * Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align data insights with business goals. * Segment audiences and support targeted marketing strategies. * Develop dashboards and regular reports to communicate findings. * Make recommendations to improve product category performance Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel). * Experience with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities
