Purpose
As part of a growing company, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to customers and to the wider business, including supporting our key account customers. With guidance from the Customer Experience Manager and working alongside the Key Accounts Team and Customer Experience team, you will be providing support to customers, key accounts and sales functions within the business.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day duties will involve, but are not restricted to:
· Providing administrative support to all office functions
· Nurturing and taking care of key accounts
· Communicating with external suppliers and placing orders
· Ensuring data entry is accurate
· Answering customer phone calls and emails
· Creating quotations
· Taking payments over the phone
· Processing sales orders
· Supporting on and completing tender applications for supplying furniture for contracts
· Completing follow up calls and e-mails with customers
· Compiling information for, and writing case studies for the internal newsletter
· Covering holidays and absence
· Using CRM system to log enquiries and complaints
· Using CRM system to identify and chase leads
Key Requirements & Skills
Essential:
· IT skills, including Microsoft packages
· Well organised and able to multitask
· Time management and ability to work to deadlines

· Strong communication and customer service skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy of data entry
· Self-motivated and willing to learn

Desirable:
· Experience of working on NetSuite and/or Zoho
· Previous experience within the furniture industry
· Previous experience in Key Account handling
· Previous experience in Sales
· Previous experience in Customer Service
