We’re recruiting an Operations Manager – Birmingham (Hybrid)Salary: £62,537 + 4% pay award from April 2026Driving licence requiredWe’re supporting our client in hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead their maintenance operations across a diverse property portfolio.In this role, you will:• Oversee responsive repairs and maintenance• Manage Trade Supervisors, Engineers, Surveyors and subcontractors• Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery• Lead on void property turnaround and social housing operations• Drive performance while meeting time, cost and quality targetsWhat we’re looking for:• Experience in social housing• Strong knowledge of void property processes• Proven leadership of operational or technical teams• Technical/trade background is highly desirable• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills• Full UK driving licence
