As Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved. Duties will include:
* Supervising and coordinating daily production activities
* Leading, motivating, and supporting production teams
* Monitoring workflow and productivity to meet operational targets
* Ensuring quality standards and procedures are maintained
* Promoting a strong health & safety culture across the production floor
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
* Managing staff performance, attendance, and training needs
Criteria:
* Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
* Organised with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Experience working to production targets and quality standards
* Positive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
