We're expanding our sales team and seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive pipeline growth and fuel our next stage of growth.
Your Role:
As an SDR at Core to Cloud, you'll be on the front line of our growth. Your focus will be to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives by prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and sparking interest in our services and solutions.
You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team where high activity, resilience, and curiosity are key. For the right person, this role serves as a springboard to becoming an Account Executive within 12–18 months.
What you'll be doing:
* Outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities.
* Researching target accounts and identifying key stakeholders (CISO, CIO, IT leaders).
* Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales-qualified opportunities.
* Working with marketing to follow up on campaigns, webinars, and events.
* Promoting Core to Cloud events and driving attendance/engagement.
* Collaborating with Account Executives and Pre-Sales to hand over qualified leads.
* Providing feedback to marketing on campaign quality and prospect engagement.
What we're looking for:
* 1–2 years' experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in IT or cybersecurity).
* A hunter mentality, confident in outbound prospecting and opening doors.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Resilient, coachable, and motivated by targets.
* Tech-savvy, comfortable using various tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
