This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly across a variety of high-profile events and venues, contributing to the delivery of exceptional food and service.
Main Responsibilities
Based in busy kitchens, your main tasks will be to:
Preparing and presenting dishes in accordance with menu specifications and company standards.
Ensuring all food production is carried out with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and professional service delivery.
Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in all areas of the kitchen.
Who we are looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in professional kitchens at CDP level.
Take pride in high hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Bring passion, creativity, and a great attitude to the team.
Can adapt quickly to new venues and menus.
