We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, as we are currently recruiting experienced multiskilled tradespersons who are actively working in the industry undertaking maintenance works, due to an increase in our workload. Your skills are required to undertake various tasks such as painting, bricklaying, pointing brickwork, patch render repairs, concreting, pre‑decorative repairs such as some wood repairs, and general maintenance on cyclical repairs and redecoration contracts of housing stock across the Sittingbourne area on a self‑employed basis.

Pay & Hours
£550.00 to £643.50 per week, depending on experience.
Hours: 39 per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Painting tasks.
* Bricklaying and pointing brickwork.
* Patch render repairs.
* Concreting.
* Pre‑decorative repairs such as wood repairs.
* General maintenance on cyclical repairs and redecoration contracts of housing stock across the Sittingbourne area (self‑employed basis).
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence.
* CSCS card desirable.

An immediate start is available for suitable applicants.
