ANTAVO CRM CONSULTANT

I'm working with a leading Martech consultancy that has recently secured a significant project with a major client in the hospitality sector. They are seeking a high-calibre Antavo CRM Consultant to lead the programme and oversee delivery.
About the role
The ideal candidate will be a confident product owner with deep Antavo expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and a consultative mindset. You will work closely with internal CRM teams to support campaign activities, own the Antavo platform, ensure smooth API integrations, and align the loyalty infrastructure with a broader points-based system being introduced due to a company merger.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Product Owner for Antavo, managing the platform’s roadmap and performance.
* Ensure effective API integrations and resolve connectivity issues.
* Support CRM teams in running promotions and campaigns via Antavo.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comparable currency alongside a group-level points system.
* Provide strategic guidance to optimize and scale loyalty programmes.
* Identify upsell opportunities and recommend strategies.
* Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience with Antavo is essential.
* Strong understanding of API integrations and platform connectivity.
* Ability to act as a hands-on product owner with a strategic perspective.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional support.
* Consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous.
* Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
* Self-motivated and proactive, capable of leading initiatives.
