Location
This role will initially be based in Bradford but will move to Leeds Valley Park in Summer 2026, with a hybrid working arrangement. We typically work in the office 2‑3 days per week.
Work type
Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between a working window of 8:00 am‑6:00 pm.

Executive Assistant to the Executive Team at Yorkshire Water, supporting two Directors.

Yorkshire Water provides essential water and wastewater services, protects the environment, and plans for Yorkshire’s water today and tomorrow, 24/7, 365 days a year. We help our communities and support the health and wellbeing of the region.
Where you fit in
As an Executive Assistant you will provide proactive and confidential service, organisational and administrative support to two Directors, represent the business professionally, build relationships of trust, coordinate complex senior diaries, manage work conflicts, prepare directors for meetings, coordinate travel itineraries, and provide general office support.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate complex senior diaries, identify and manage work conflicts, demands and changing priorities.
* Ensure Directors are fully briefed and have all materials before meetings or speaking engagements.
* Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including national and international event registrations, air, rail and hotel bookings.
* Liaise with stakeholders at all levels including partners, regulatory bodies and board members.
* Process expenses, raise purchase orders and process invoices.
Required skills and qualifications
* Extensive experience working at board level or C‑suite within a professional organisation.
* Proven experience of complex diary and email management for senior members.
* Experience with minute / note taking.
* Energetic, flexible, responsive, can‑do approach.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to liaise effectively and confidently at all levels.
* Outgoing and resilient.
* High level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
* Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
* Intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of CoPilot.
* Efficient organisational skills, high degree of accuracy, ability to prioritise conflicting workload.
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Ability to multi‑task and manage tight deadlines.
* Flexibility to work additional or out‑of‑hours as necessary.
* Valid UK driving licence.
