Residential Conveyancer – Whitchurch A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy and welcoming Conveyancing team based in Whitchurch. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer to manage a diverse residential property caseload in a supportive, professional and forward-thinking environment. The Role: You will handle a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages and transfers of equity New-build property transactions Managing files independently from instruction through to completion Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships This position offers the chance to take ownership of a varied caseload while benefiting from the support of an experienced property team About You: The firm is looking for a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who brings: At least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing A solid technical knowledge of residential property law Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently Confidence in using IT systems and conveyancing case management software Supervisory experience and business development skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
