Position Overview
Female* Personal Assistant to support our sweet‑natured little girl.
Location: Crawley.
Holidays: 7 hours per week during school holidays (13 weeks). Days and times to be mutually agreed.
Hourly pay: £12.71.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal grooming, dressing/undressing, and personal care.
* Assist with eating and drinking.
* Help with moving and handling.
* Transport and accompany the child for outings.
* Engage in play and activities to ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing.
* Companionship and support at all times.
* Bathroom assistance and general safety supervision.
Candidate Qualities
* Respectful of privacy and confidentiality.
* Reliable with good timekeeping.
* Able to follow instructions and work independently.
* Hygienic, tidy and well organised.
* Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties.
* Patient with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Honest, cheerful, and creative.
* Capable of speaking and reading English at a reasonable standard.
* Comfortable with pets.
* Committed to high standards of health & safety.
Employment Details
Employment status: Employed (or self‑employed depending on agreement). If employed, entitled to holiday pay and a contract will be issued.
