The Resourcing & Travel Coordinator plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient project delivery to our clients, including management of travel and contractor documentation as required.
Key Duties & Accountabilities:
* Collation of subcontractor agreements and schedules (LLC, sole traders and project hires).
* Issue of contractual paperwork to contractors and ensuring compliance.
* Management of contractor documentation & certification on internal system.
* Management of internal contractor control / reporting sheets.
* Organising and supporting all travel across Elemental Energies.
* Booking of travel, accommodation, car hire requests with TMC and ensuring all are approved accordingly.
* Travel account management and authorisation of TMC invoices.
* Tracking of TMC spend and reporting to projects / management.
* Participation in any on-call rotas as required in relation to travel and logistics.
* Investigation and management of any visa, work permit applications.
* Purchasing, allocation and tracking of any contractor project specific PPE.
* Assisting in formatting of CVs for bid submission / projects.
* Assisting with management of contractor CV database.
* Work in conjunction with Resourcing & Travel Manager, Project Managers and Business Leads to deliver business objectives.
* Provision of regular reporting on performance of function, including performance trackers from suppliers.
* Provide general administration or project support to the team as required.
* Any other tasks as deemed relevant by Line Manager.

Person Specification:
Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Qualifications in business administration would be an advantage.
* Previous working knowledge within personnel logistics would be beneficial.
Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Strong attention to detail / financially astute.
* Confident in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Working knowledge of SharePoint would be beneficial.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise as required.
Experience:
* Proven administrative capability in a complex, people-orientated environment.
* Experience in a project delivery role, preferably in the energy industry.
