About You
We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience, although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out. Successful Care Assistants will have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Each day will bring something new, making for a diverse yet rewarding role.
