The role:
As a QA specialist you will play a key role in ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards whilst maintaining and providing continuous improvement to quality management..
Specifics of the role include:
Generation, review and update SOPs
Compile risk assessments
Manage and update Quality documentation systems including archiving/ document control
Support audits
Assist management during regulatory inspection
Address customer queries and product investigations
Managing customer complaints efficiently ensuring effective outcomes
Stay current with industry trends to drive improvement in product and service quality
Contribute to Quality improvement initiatives
Maintain an auditable training record
Maintain the quality documentation system
