What you’ll be doing
1. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by creating job adverts, reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and carrying out pre-employment screening checks
2. Manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth and positive experience and play a key role in onboarding new hires by preparing offer letters and contracts
3. Maintain accurate employee records in our HR systems, and handle changes such as new starters, leavers, and contract amendments
4. Supporting compliance with company policies and procedures, alongside assisting with HR reporting and data entry to keep everything running efficiently
5. Respond to employee queries promptly and professionally
6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
7. Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, including pensions, private medical cover, share schemes, company cars, green car scheme, and other rewards and incentives
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
8. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work
9. Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
10. Able to build positive relationships and provide effective support across the team
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
12. Proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop within the HR field

Working hours
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility dependent on business needs. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
