Air Tightness Tester Basic up to £40k depending on experience. Location: Romford area and surrounding. Our client is seeking an experienced Air Tightness Tester to cover sites in the Essex area. You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience in Air Tightness within the build sector, setting up test equipment on sites. As well as a working knowledge of test regulations and building regulations within the construction industry. This role will be client facing and will require you to take the test equipment across sites when needed. After the tests have been completed you will need to complete the required reports as well as giving advice if the tests have failed. A driving licence will be required.
