Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Finance and Payroll Manager include:
3. Management of a small transactional finance team
4. End-to-end payroll delivery for c. 75-80 monthly employees, plus a small weekly payroll
5. Oversight of finance operations, controls, and compliance
6. Month-end and year-end support, including audit preparation
7. Pension compliance and benefits administration
8. Reviewing and improving finance and payroll processes
9. Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business
10. Involvement with property and residential entities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance and Payroll Manager should have:
11. A strong background in accounting and payroll management within the property industry.
12. Professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
13. Proficiency in financial software and payroll systems.
14. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
15. Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
