Salary: £22,800 per annum
Location: Digital Hub, The Glassworks, Folkestone CT20 1JG
Hours: Full-time – 35 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. Some evening and weekend work will be required

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office, Projects & Production Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This multifaceted role is essential to the smooth running of our office and the successful execution of projects and production activities.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in project and production support, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time, while maintaining a well-functioning office environment.
To thrive in this position, you must be adaptable, professional, and capable of managing a variety of tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting
Essential requirements:
* Experience of successful project support
* Knowledge and experience of production support
* Experience of providing administrative and office management support, including processing, invoicing, diary management and report writing
* Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and schedule workloads
* Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel
This is a full-time contract based on 35 hours per week. Some evening and weekend work will be required.
