Responsibilities of the FP&A Accountant Role:-
* Drive financial insight, support decision making and ensure robust financial planning
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals
* Develop, enhance and manage financial models to support business planning
* Consolidate financial inputs from cross functional teams and challenge assumptions
* Prepare monthly management reporting, highlighting key variances, trends and insights
* Support the month end process
* Business Partnering with Operations to provide financial support, translating financial results into actionable recommendations
Requirements of the FP&A Accountant Role:-
* ACA qualified with a degree and strong academics
* Advanced Excel skills
* Excellent analytical and business partnering
* Understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and key financial metrics
