Key Responsibilities & Accountability Carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles. Act as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of the repair as required. Work effectively and achieve Departmental targets Full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs. Smart Repairer must adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs. Liaise with other internal colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamworking. Smart Repairer must ensure any administration or supporting documentation is produced in line with company process. Ensure efficient working by adhering to defined repair completion time Qualifications/Skills Must have a valid UK driving licence You will have previous experience as a Smart Repairer or Multi Skilled Technician, or in a specialist Bodyshop productive role such as a Painter or MET Technician. An industry recognised qualification is a distinct advantage. You must be a strong team player with self-motivation. You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
