✨ Account Manager – B2B / SaaS

📍 Hybrid | 3-4 days/week in-office (North West London)

🕒 Full-time

💰£50k - 65k - depending on experience


We’re partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS business to find an experienced Account Manager to take full ownership of complex, fast-moving client relationships.


This is not a traditional SaaS account management role. You won’t be managing quarterly check-ins or renewal calendars; you’ll be running live accounts where campaigns, products and operational decisions are happening daily.

This role is built for someone who thrives in high-pace, operationally intensive environments; where detail matters, priorities shift quickly, and strong judgement is essential.


You’ll own the day-to-day health of your accounts, balancing commercial thinking with operational delivery, and acting before issues escalate. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, while building trusted, commercially valuable client relationships.


You’ll also operate across time zones and travel internationally, making this a rare opportunity for someone who wants both responsibility and exposure in a scale-up environment.


🧠 What you’ll own

* End-to-end account ownership, acting as the primary lead for key client relationships
* Daily and weekly account management, including live campaigns, promotions and launches
* Commercial decision-making, including product selection, pricing and campaign strategy
* Client leadership, building trusted relationships and leading conversations — even when things aren’t going to plan
* Operational oversight, managing risks, fulfilment challenges and customer issues
* Cross-functional coordination, working with sales, product, operations and support teams
* Onboarding and launches, leading new client and property rollouts end-to-end
* Growth within accounts, identifying upsell opportunities and expanding commercial value
* Managing relationships across North American clients and confidently working across multiple time zones, including five hour and eight hour differences
* Travel and in-person engagement, representing the business with confidence and credibility


👀 What we’re looking for

* 5+ years’ experience in Account Management or a similar role with clear ownership of client relationships
* Strong commercial instinct, particularly around products, pricing and promotional strategy
* Proven experience in fast-moving start-up or scale-up environments
* Track record of managing high-touch, high-frequency client relationships
* Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
* A proactive problem solver with the confidence to act, not wait for instruction
* Comfortable working across multiple time zones and travelling regularly to the US
* Experience in promotions, loyalty, physical goods or fulfilment-led businesses is a strong plus.)
