Responsibilities
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, supporting independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections and report risks promptly.
* Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
