Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Lunch Cover)
Location: Emscote House Day Nursery, Leamington Spa, CV32 5DE.
Contract: Permanent; 15‑20 hours per week, 52 weeks a year.
Working pattern: 11:00‑14:00 or 11:00‑15:00, Monday‑Friday.
Salary: £13.00–£16.22 per hour.
Responsibilities
You will support children’s learning journeys by implementing engaging activities planned by the Key Person, facilitating play and exploration, contributing to observations, and ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and happy.
Qualifications
You are a qualified early years professional with a DfE approved early years qualification at level2 or above. You possess knowledge of child development and, ideally, EYFS. You are a collaborative communicator, able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, and you advocate for safeguarding.
