Job Description
Genie Shopping is entering its next phase of growth, and being part of the partnerships team is key to this expansion.
As part of Genie Ventures - awarded Best Team in Performance Marketing 2025 and Great Places to Work 2024-25, we are seeking a Sales Manager to drive new client growth and expansion into Europe, including France and Italy.
Responsibilities include:
* Selling our services to prospective CPA/Affiliate clients in France or Italy
* Increasing the sales pipeline by sourcing new leads
* Managing the sales process through Salesforce
* Advising clients on technical implementation, strategic approach, and growth opportunities
* Achieving sales targets and KPIs
* Organizing industry events to diversify the sales pipeline
* Collaborating with the Head of Partnerships to identify new client segments
Industry Profile & Network
* Building your industry presence and network
* Attending industry events across Europe
* Promoting Genie Shopping as an industry ambassador
* Developing your LinkedIn profile as a CSS expert
* Sharing thought leadership content
Team Collaboration
* Leveraging team expertise to win new clients
* Supporting the team during key periods
* Participating in strategic projects and initiatives
* Mentoring team members
Experience & Skills
* 2-3 years in digital e-commerce or related fields
* Experience with digital marketing, KPIs, and client communication
* Experience with Affiliate Marketing Networks and large e-commerce clients
* Proficiency with dashboards and BI tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
* Detail-oriented with organizational skills
* Ability to use AI tools for work enhancement

Additional Details:
* Fluent/native-level French or Italian required
