As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students with a range of mental health and behavioural needs
Work closely with experienced staff, therapists, and SEN professionals
Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils who may have experienced trauma
Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and learning engagement
What We're Looking For - Aspiring Assistant Psychologist:
A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
