IT Support Technician
£28,000 per annum Plus Pension, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance, 22 Days’ Holiday + Bank holidays (rising with service)
Blisworth, Northamptonshire - Office-based role, not remote.
The Role:
Olleco is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team.
This position is perfect for someone seeking a challenging role with ample opportunity for career growth. As part of this role, you will be required to work independently, as well as collaborate with our passionate and customer-centric team to improve Olleco end-user experiences. You should have experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing technical support to Olleco users via telephone, email, and remote control
* Ensure tickets are correctly classified and prioritised and are being processed to meet OLA.
* Building and configuring User Equipment.
* Create and maintain the Knowledge Bases.
* Maintaining Asset database.
Technical Skills:
* At least 2 years of experience in IT.
* Experience supporting Office 365.
* Demonstratable Microsoft Cloud experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Admin centres and On Prem AD
* Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management.
Possess at least one of the certifications (or suitable equivalent):
* Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS 900)
* Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900)
