The Role
* You’ll work rotational shifts between 7:30 am and 11:00 pm across a 7‑day week, including overnight sleep‑ins.
* Your role will include: Providing exceptional, personalised care
* Championing the safety and wellbeing of young people
* Being an inspiring role model
* Helping children develop independence and achieve their goals
* Completing care plans, reports, and risk assessments
* Every day you’ll be supporting children to thrive — emotionally, socially, and personally.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or willingness to study)
* Experience with children/young people preferred
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Ability to work shifts & sleep-ins
* Age 21+ (children’s home regulations)
* Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company)
