The School and Role
This alternative provision in Birmingham is seeking Behaviour & Inclusion Support Assistants to support pupils at risk of exclusion. You will work closely with teaching staff to support behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation, helping pupils to reintegrate into learning environments.
Requirements
The desired Behaviour & Inclusion Support Assistant will have;
1. Experience supporting challenging behaviour
2. Ability to build strong relationships
3. Resilient and proactive attitude
4. Strong communication skills
5. Experience in youth work, care or support roles desirable
