The Research and Data Project Worker (RDPW) will report to the Head of Service for Research & Impact as part of a team that collects data, strengthens research culture, and builds partnerships within CoLab's health and wellbeing hub.
The team supports CoLab projects with research and evaluation activities and develops research projects that benefit both service users and staff. Its role is to turn CoLab's data and experience into meaningful impact.
This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity to grow within a team and organisation that delivers vital, high-impact work, often with people who are furthest from traditional support and services.
Please note: this role does not include front-line support or casework.
The RDPW will work with services and staff across CoLab to:
• Support the use of database systems.
• Assist the HSRI with research and impact activities.
• Contribute to analysis and reporting for CoLab's core projects.
The post holder will also act as the main administrative contact for CoLab staff seeking research and data support.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates our values of welcome, compassion, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work well with people at all levels in a friendly and inclusive way, and willing to contribute to all aspects of our work.
Please note interviews are currently scheduled for Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st October 2025 at CoLab, Exeter.
