Personal Shopper | Bicester Village | Permanent Full time
As our Personal Shopper you will deliver an above and beyond bespoke experience to each guest to help with their shopping requirements. You will use in-depth knowledge of the range of international brands within the Village to recommend products that meet the client’s needs, often introducing brands/items the client would not have viewed if shopping alone. You will deliver high quality customer service to all clients and continually seek to expand our client list while partnering with brands to assist in increasing their sales.
Responsibilities
* Bring and develop your own Personal Shopping client base by nurturing existing clients, introducing new clients and supporting colleagues, as well as obtaining referrals.
* Awareness of your individual and departmental targets; work to achieve both your individual sales targets and the wider business KPIs.
* Participate in and organise VIP visits both in the Village and offsite if required.
* Deliver an exceptional service using individual customer profiles to provide personal recommendations, demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client's style and requirements.
* Find ways to build loyal client relationships and increase client spend by understanding needs and upselling.
What makes you special / Qualifications
* A strong background and level of experience working for a luxury retail brand.
* Previous Personal Shopping or stylist experience and an established client base is essential.
* A genuine interest in delivering an above and beyond level of service with a thorough understanding of the luxury consumer and a sympathetic approach to their needs and expectations.
* Thorough knowledge of current international fashion trends, designers, products and a good sense of what styles suit clients.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure an excellent experience and luxury environment for customers.
