Role Description
This is a full-time, field based role for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with prospective clients, driving revenue growth and supporting market presence. Responsibilities include creating and executing strategies for business growth, negotiating contracts, maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities in the market to expand Citylets' reach. Collaboration with internal teams to align on goals and opportunities is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management
* Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking Skills
* Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Client Acquisition abilities
* Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing strategies
* Ability to work independently while meeting targets and deadlines
* Previous experience in lettings is desirable
* Drivers license
