What you will be doing
* Leading structural assessments, defect investigations and remediation design
* Designing strengthening and refurbishment solutions for existing buildings
* Working closely with fire engineers, surveyors, architects and contractors
* Producing clear technical reports and structural designs
* Visiting sites and overseeing delivery of works
What we are looking for
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* IStructE or ICE Chartered or working towards it
* Experience in structural engineering within existing buildings
* Strong knowledge of UK regulations, Eurocodes, CDM and Building Safety Act
* Confident using Tekla, TEDDS and structural design software
Salary and benefits
* £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
