Role Summary
Delivery Lead Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonus and excellent company benefits. Location: Cannock / London / Warrington (Hybrid, office working at least 3 times a week). Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Mon‑Fri).
We’re looking for a Salesforce Delivery Lead to act as a critical bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and the Product Owner, orchestrating the successful delivery of high‑quality Salesforce solutions. They combine technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive project execution, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Responsibilities
* Continuously develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies and best practices.
* Exhibit strong problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in the face of changing project requirements.
* Provide clear direction and guidance to team members across the function, ensuring alignment with the product vision and roadmap.
* Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities based on strengths and development areas.
* Facilitate effective meetings and workshops to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive decision‑making processes.
* Present complex technical information and project updates to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Coordinate software releases, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption to external customer operations.
* Work closely with the Product Owner and Leads to manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities.
* Organise and facilitate Scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint retrospectives) to keep internal teams aligned and productive.
* Gather and synthesise information from various internal sources to support data‑driven decision‑making in product development.
* Track and report progress against work breakdowns, estimations, and planings to the Product Owner, ensuring transparency and alignment.
* Contribute significantly to product strategy and deadline determinations, leveraging expertise to shape sustainable long‑term plans.
Qualifications
* Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk, and issue management.
* Strong product backlog health management.
* Informed decision‑making skills.
* Experience working with Salesforce (IT Literate).
* Influencing and coaching ability.
