This role offers hands-on experience supporting marketing activities, social media and campaigns while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. Renewable Energy Management Ltd are seeking a confident and friendly Junior Marketing Assistant to join their busy and expanding renewable energy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in marketing, social media and sustainability to gain hands-on experience while completing a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. The role will involve supporting day-to-day marketing activities, helping to manage and grow social media channels, promoting renewable energy solutions, assisting with lead generation campaigns, and creating and scheduling engaging content. The apprentice will also support marketing campaigns and promotions and work closely with the wider team to develop new ideas and initiatives. Full training will be provided alongside the apprenticeship programme. Entry requirements Applicants should be confident, friendly and able to communicate effectively. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and interest in marketing, social media and sustainability are essential. The successful candidate should be organised, have good attention to detail and be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. Training to be provided The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with New College Durham. Training will include developing administrative, communication, IT and organisational skills, alongside marketing-related business support skills. Ongoing support, reviews and off-the-job training will be provided throughout the programme. Things to consider This is a fast-paced role within a growing renewable energy business.
