Position: Theatre Manager
Location: London
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently hiring for a Theatre Manager role, partnering with the largest private healthcare provider in the world, and one of the leading private healthcare providers in the UK.
As an effective, compassionate, and visible leader, you will support the theatre department both administratively (budgets and targets) and clinically to promote and ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient perioperative care.
Working closely with the Surgical Services Manager and Chief Nursing Officer, you will be responsible for managing theatre lists and workforce, and providing strategic and operational direction to develop the department, plan new services, and introduce new technologies as needed.
What you'll bring:
* Qualified practitioner with current registration with NMC or HCPC
* Previous leadership and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Proven leadership experience
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively, responding to departmental and hospital needs
* Ability to set, implement, and evaluate evidence-based standards of practice
* Experience in clinical governance within the perioperative setting
* Change management skills
* Excellent IT skills
