Pay Range Up to £65k plus uncapped bonus Job Description Are you a well-connected, commercially astute leader from the recruitment industry? We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and inspire diverse teams across South West London. This is your opportunity to excel, managing multiple specialisms. Your Role: As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multiple teams of expert recruiters, each specialising in a specific market. Your mission is to drive peak performance, whether through direct management or via other managers. You will lead from the front, building and nurturing key client relationships to benefit your team. Work with your teams to identify and seize opportunities, expanding our recruitment specialisms across Richmond, Kingston, Wimbledon and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example : Support consultants in winning business and filling roles. Division Management: Oversee your division with full P&L control. Sales Strategy: Shape the sales strategy and set KPIs to drive growth. Networking: Win new business and maintain existing client relationships Team Development: Coach and develop consultants, fostering a culture of growth. Income Management: Enhance our day-to-day, long-term, and permanent income streams Shadow Leadership: Partner closely with the Regional Director, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making and high-level leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: 360/Full Recruitment Cycle: Proven experience in 360 agency/external recruitment and management. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team. Commercial Awareness: Excellent business acumen and understanding of the recruitment market. Targets and KPIs: Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs Coach & Develop: Demonstrated ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential.
