Required Skills & Qualifications: 360/Full Recruitment Cycle: Proven experience in 360 agency/external recruitment and management. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team. Commercial Awareness: Excellent business acumen and understanding of the recruitment market. Targets and KPIs: Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs Coach & Develop: Demonstrated ability to coach and develop consultants to reach their full potential.
