Training Administrator – Whittlesey
Location: Whittlesey - PE7
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (Temporary which could go into permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a Training Administrator to join our global client based in Whittlesey, supporting the Southern region including Agriculture and Supply Chain for a global company.
You’ll play a key role in keeping training records accurate, accessible, and audit-ready, while supporting managers with training plans and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer training records and Success Factors LMS system.
2. Liaise with external providers to book and manage training.
3. Analyse data, highlight training gaps, and support site training plans.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer standards, and audits.
5. Support digital and process improvement projects.
About You
We’re looking for someone self-motivated with:
6. Strong IT and data/reporting skills.
7. Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines.
8. Confidence to work with managers and external providers.
9. Excellent organisation and communication skills.
(Experience in a training or manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but not essential.)
