As Technical Lead for the Legal Assistance Scheme, youll oversee the daily delivery of our LAS shared service model, ensuring subscribers receive timely, accurate and high-quality support. Youll manage and coach a team of Case Support Assistants, lead workflow and resource planning, and act as the first escalation point for complex queries. Youll also drive continuous process improvement, support reporting to senior governance groups, and help enhance member experience across the scheme.
Youll bring strong leadership experience from a customer service or contact-centre environment, with a proven track record of managing KPIs, workflow and service quality.
A degree-level qualification and sound understanding of process improvement, quality assurance and member-focused service delivery will help you excel.
