A leading property company is seeking a Resident Services Associate to be based on a high-end Build-to-Rent development in Birmingham. The RSA will be responsible for carrying out front desk duties, managing complaints, liaising with the residents and assisting with the resident move in process.
Overview:
* Job Title: Resident Services Associate
* Location: Birmingham
* Salary: £26,500
* Working Hours: Mon-Fri with 1 weekend in every 6
Responsibilities of the Resident Services Associate include:
* Reception duties including responding to enquiries, taking resident requests and handling parcels.
* Ensuring communal areas and available apartments are well presented.
* Complete applicant vetting in line with procedures.
* Process offers and complete tenancy documentation.
* Provide first class customer service to all guests and residents.
* Organise and run resident events.
* Act as first point of contact for residents to make maintenance requests.
* Coordinate contractor appointments.
* Complete check in and check out reports.
The person:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Prior experience working in residential property, hospitality or ideally BTR.
* Organised.
* Outgoing, warm and friendly personality.
* Common sense approach.
