Overview

Base pay range
£28-£35 per hour (London, UK).
Responsibilities
* Hands-on design work for buildings, including projects of varying sizes and values.
* Site inspections and some report writing.
* Collaborate with a flexible, all-round team to hit project goals.
Qualifications
* Experienced buildings designer with proficiency in steel, concrete, and masonry systems.
* Ability to work on London cut and carve projects; experience with sectors such as medical buildings, care homes, refits, high-end residential, mixed-use, and commercial buildings. Projects up to £28m in value.
* Autocad experience preferred; Chartered or nearing Chartered status is desirable.
* Strong English communication skills.
