My client who are a nationally recognised fleet management and leasing provider are currently seeking a Compliance Team Leader
Key Responsibilities – Fleet Compliance Team Leader
* Ensure achievement against departments KPIs
* Act upon performance information provided, coaching and guiding staff members to improve knowledge and skill where required
* Provide expertise on transport compliance and management
* Chair regular employee performance reviews and annual appraisals, and manage follow up actions
Qualifications & Experience – Fleet Compliance Team Leader
* A proven track record in team management with experience managing a large diverse team
* Transport compliance experience essential
* Demonstrable understanding of key transport compliance- O Licence, PMI, LBT, Tachograph Calibrations etc
* A proven track record of dealing with customer care situations
* Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet and email and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level
* CPC desirable but not essential
