Based out of our Bracknell office and also occasionally covering our South West London region, you'll ensure our customers’ wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do. It’s our priority that they are supported throughout their tenancy and their homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard.

Bracknell office with occasional coverage of the South West London region.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of supporting a caseload of customers with housing-related support needs, engaging with and involving our customers wherever possible so they know their voices are being heard.
* Support customers throughout their tenancy and contribute to homes being safe and well managed to the highest standard.
* Engage with customers confidently, manage difficult conversations, and use strong people skills to resolve tenancy-related issues.
* Work in a fast-paced environment within a supportive, close-working team and strive to make a real difference in customers’ lives.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always going the extra mile.
* Ability to engage with customers and manage a caseload effectively.
