Duties and Responsibilities:
* Arranging social activities and community access
* Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
* Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
* Domestic assistance, community access and social support
* Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
* Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
Minimum Requirements:
* Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
* NDIS Workers Screening Check
* Current Driver’s License and vehicle to operate (Desirable)
* Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
* Willing to travel to Berkshire Park
