Customer Success Manager - UK Based
We are hiring for a CSM Customer Success Manager to work for a SAAS business. The role requires you to have worked with and understand the Service Management Industry.
You will be assisting new clients with implementing new software to improve the client's business.
A basic technical understanding of SAAS and the benefits it has in the workplace. The role would suit an experienced CSM, Account Manager or Customer Service Manager who is focused on customer first and customer journey.
You may work for a SAAS business or maybe you are the client and the product owner within a business
A Strategic CSM is relationship-focused and networks to build and deepen relationships with buyers, influencers, and advocates.
A Strategic CSM will work with existing and new accounts.
The salary for this role is £45,000
The role will be fully remote working from home, however, the office is in Manchester where you will occasionally attend. Additionaly, you may also meet client in their offices.
